Just want to let you know how happy Margaret and I are with our new Texas Casual Cottages farm house.  The combination of old country farm house style with modern, energy-saving construction techniques is unique and greatly appreciated.  Margaret loves the high, bead-board ceilings, wood walls, stained wood floors, bead-board wainscoting, cabinetry, and mud room with laundry sink.  I love the 8-ft doors, double-pane windows, hardiplank exterior siding, radiant-barrier roof decking and metal roof.  Overall construction is first class and the wide porches with wide stairs and white railings create an impressive sight from the road.  Thank you for your consistent "can-do" attitude and good suggestions to accommodate changes we wanted to add to the base design.
