My wife and I were becoming overwhelmed with the thought of hiring an architect and a builder to build our ranch house in the country.  Just about that time we heard about Sandy at Texas Casual Cottages through a friend of my sister who had just had a house built by them.

Then by chance, one weekend we found ourselves in Round Top and decided to go by and check out the model home.  All we could say was WOW!  We were blown away by the quality but equally as important (especially for us) was Sandy Reed!  What was so important to us was how Sandy and her people had thought about every little detail.  Everything that we could imagine for our ranch house and more was already there!  It was a no-brainer for us.

I cannot imagine working with a better group of people than Sandy, Bruce and AJ.  They are outstanding and really take the time to understand their client’s needs.  We made several changes during the construction process and they were great about integrating our changes into the process without losing a lot of time.  They finished the house on a timely basis and would have finished it even sooner had it not been for the additions/changed that we wanted to make.

We are SO LUCKY to have heard about Sandy and Texas Casual Cottages by Trendmaker.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Texas homebuilder to build their dream country home!
